Overall, still a great program that will lead you through a very difficult process in a timely manner. It could be even easier, which it has become over the past years. I just encourage you to keep moving forward with improvements to make it even easier than it currently is.

Average tool. Charges for electronic filing for California, yet it's free on the California site. I've used this product for a few decades and it's getting more and more cumbersome to use. Sections are not clear and there's no clear explanation on the intuit question/statement nor a useful help section. It feels like they are trying to funnel into additional paid services. I tried these last year and the IRS came back with questions on the filing. There was no CPA, just some intuit titled employee, and Intuit was no help in dealing with the IRS. It was easier and more helpful to contact the IRS directly.

Took longer than I thought. The fact that I bought Federal and State and then had to pay $25.00 to file electronically was in my book deceptive

Turbo Tax is just perfect!

I have used this product for 10 consecutive years and it has been great! It can be a bit tedious but that is what I want, something to walk me through the whole process step by step. I really would not consider using any other software program.
