Used To Be Really Good - Now Just a Huge Hassle

I've used TurboTax since it was first launched, but I'll be choosing something different next year. Intuit has added a new layer of frustration to the process. You can no longer simply buy a copy and install it to get started. You have to go through a nightmare process of purchasing online and then going to a different web location to set up an Intuit account, which I never wanted, wait for an email with a code to be able to actually use the software that you have already bought and paid for. Do you think they would compensate the customer for this extreme inconvenience by sharing THEIR savings from no longer producing dvd's and packaging? OF COURSE NOT! They are just gouging us for greater profits. Goodbye, TurboTax!
