Very aggravating this year

I've been using Turbo Tax for years, but this year was very aggravating. While the program found my basic information & transferred it from last year to this year, it did not transfer much else. Why?? I had to manually transfer last year's numbers, etc., which took much longer than it should have. Also, every year it says that to find last year's tax info, it has to be saved as (if I remember correctly) a 'txt' file. However, at the end, T.Tax ONLY shows the option of saving it as a pdf. Am I missing something here?

Turbo Tax-Good News/Bad News

Love the Turbo Tax product. Been using it, I believe, as long as it has existed. However, for the last 5-6 years, I have had difficulty accessing my account. I've had to spend hours on the phone trying to solve the problem.

Fairly simple return information. Took 3.5 hours. Had a glitch with Disaster form but found the needed answer in Help because someone else had the same problem.
