Turbo Tax is fabulous!!!

Turbo tax was very Stright forward and easy to navigate. I have used it for many years and have been very satisfied with the product. Did my taxes in no time. Will continue to use this product.

Can't read saved returns

Product is easy to use but has one major defect I am unable to read any saved 2024 or 2025 returns causing me to reenter the entire return from start to finish luckily I had a simple return that could be completed in one sitting. needs to be fixed

Great tax process - terrible help process

The tax process was very good. The help process is terrible. I just needed to ask a simple question , but the assistant keep asking me questions. Need to be able to type a question without having the assistant trying to help.

Very easy as usual. Never a time to panic with Turbo Tax. The offer to have a an on-call tax specialist was great and I took it.

Long time TurboTax user here. I don't like the format changes to the investment income section at all...bring back the one from last (and prior) years!
