I had trouble finding the instructions for installing the software - it would make more sense to put the instructions up front rather than at the back of the handout. I spent nearly 40 minutes chatting, then calling before I found the instructions on the back.
My Inuti/Turbotax account doesn't afford me access to past years tax returns, which I needed desperately this year because I don't have a copy of last years returns like I normally keep. So other than filing each year, the account itself serves no other purpose that I can see.

I expected your website to be smarter. I've subscribed for years yet it was too difficult to access the download. If I may suggest, after I've logged on with identity verified, you should be able to immediately review my account, not that I have a valid paid subscription, and that it hasn't been downloaded. Therefore, once I am identified, you should ask, since I have an active subscription, "would you like to download the latest version of our tax program." I should not have to search all kinds of pages in hopes of finding a tiny font that mentions downloads.
