Great help when needed

Needed help with live in one state but income was from company in different state and required assistance in properly completing the form. I just picked up phone on 4-14-25 and they responded with all the help i needed and ran through the review to make sure all info was properly added and completed for any audit issues.

Still Loving TurboTax but bring back the CD

Please use the disk next year, Phone help was wonderful but it took three times as long to install program this year as opposed to all the years I've used the product and had the CD/disk! For a Senior person, product is still easy to understand (once you get past the installation!!!

Overall, the process is easy, and the time that I needed to talk to one of your representatives I got a prompt call back and my initial question was answered. However, it would have made things easier for me if I could have accessed the previous year's information online, which your website would not let me do, saying that I had not filed with TurboTax that year, which I had. Your rep promised to look into the reason for that misinformation. Also, I think that adding an additional $20 for state e-filing is overcharging.

Step by step instructions to address every possible tax situation. Until the government simplifies the tax code (I'm not holding my breath for that), Turbo tax is the way to go.

does not tell how to delete forms or pull up a blank for to use. cannot open prior returns. did not keep 2023 taxes to transfer info
