For the most part it was a pretty painless process. Not sure as some of the fees but as far as the software that was straight forward and completed the task at hand

First time I have run into hiccups in the program.

I had two experiences which I never had before when using Turbo Tax: My Federal information did not transfer to my state information. I used the Help function and found that their current instructions have not been updated to the current program (Box 15 drop-down box in the program has full state name, while the instructions indicate that the drop-down box will have the state postal abbreviation). Since this was the trouble shooting instruction, this was confusing. I guessed my way through it all, updating Federal information which did not need to be updated. And the Box 15 WAS filled out correctly from the first, it was not the source of the problem. It seemed to work itself out after I went through and "edited" but didn't actually change any of the Federal information. I also had the program fail to transmit when I was ready to e-file, and I had to restart the program. In past years, everything in the program ran smoothly.
