Too much spam in order to complete guidelines of tax documents. It's helpful once but unnecessary propping of services and pop-ups made it very inconvenient while working on filing and streamlining return.

Navigating was easy for the most part. I liked how changes to one item updated other info as required.
Explanations were understandable. The one area I had trouble with compared to previous years was with dividend and interest reporting. It seemed more complicated. It took awhile to indicate I wanted to enter information manually, and where interest, dividends and gains from one brokerage were all involved it seemed more complicated than it needed to be.
