I've used TurboTax and Quicken for many years. I find them both easy to use. Even when I ran two small businesses, the interview format made it simple. A happy and satisfied customer.

Federal return good, state of Ohio was very poor

Ohio state taxes did not ask for certain items that were required. If I was not aware of these such as federal interest and long term care insurance, I would have paid more in taxes than I was required to. Next year I will use the states on line system for filing.

No Disk

Anyone can download TurboTax. The reason I buy a physical copy is to have the disk. The reason I want a disk is because in the past, when I wanted to go back to my taxes of a previous year TT no longer worked, and so I needed to re-install it.

This is horrible. We shouldn't have to tell TT twice and 3 times that we're ready to enter interest or dividend income. The one screen where we choose Interest or Dividend hides the Next button, which is ridiculous/absurd/annoying/a waste of time.
By the way, the Review function is stupid. If we view forms after a review, we can see areas that need attention.
