Easy to use

Turbo Tax generally works great. I had an issue with the professional dues in the itemized deductions sections where it continued to show this as "needing review" even though I completely deleted and re-entered it. Because of the increased amount for the standard deduction, this is the second year that I have taken the standard deduction - it's not worth itemizing anymore.

my taxes rejected, your fault not mine

I entered all my information necessary for my returns. At the end, the system requested that I verify my AGI from 2024, and I accurately submitted my information. My fed and state returns were rejected, and the reason was because it indicated that my 2023 AGI was incorrect. I reverified with my print offs from last years documents, and it was all accurate from my original submission. so I just resubmitted again. I am expecting that my taxes will be rejected, and I will have to mail in my forms. Not happy about this, or your software! what did you do wrong, because I did not do anything wrong.
