Difficult to use

I found that entering information into the program was more confusing than using tax cut. Program would not allow the prior year tax information from the Tax Cut return to prepopulate the 2024 return.
My son, also a first time user had much more difficulty filling out the return compared to using Tax Cut last year.
Although I can't find anything wrong with the Mo tax calculations, the refund generated seems much too high. State will tell me if correct or reduce what they refund. Curios to see what happens.

It continues to get worse. I am tired of all the advertising, and i just want to file by mail and sometimes email. i should not have to keep going back to find out id=f all is done.
