Not easy to work with.

Editing and correcting the tax information that is entered automatically is not easy or accurate. If the downloaded tax forms do not agree with the program finding the error is difficult to find and resulted in erasing the original form and manually entering the tax information to eliminate the program wanting to use the interest from a retirement income as a personal business income and increasing the amount owed to the IRS a couple of thousand dollars. another oddity of the taxes this year is that having about $10,000 less income and higher standard deduction my taxes were several hundred dollars higher this year than last year.

Could be better

TurboTax help workers were patient and helpful. The design of TurboTax could improve so users who understand how taxes work could find information such as documents that were used in calculations. Also it is not easy to find where to enter estimated taxes that were paid, not easy to find how to give instructions to apply refund to estimated taxes.

Not As Good As Years Past

This was the worst version of Turbo Tax that I've used since I started using it in the 1980s. From the moment I started and had to transfer information from my brokerage account, I knew things weren't going to go well. The way the information was downloaded, I didn't know it even happened. Because of this, it was downloaded multiple times and added in to the return multiple times. There should be a way where you are simply asked if you want to take the standard deduction without having to enter anything. At the end I was put into some kind of loop where I was asked a question, I answered it, and I was asked the same question again, I answered it....and around I went. Turbo Tax has always made filing easier and faster until this year.

adobe editor vs word or docs

I dont have adobe editor. Need to bring back the ability to pick only pages I want to print. needlessly printed pages I did not want
