Going down hill

Going downhill. Turbotax used to be super easy and intuitive, but not today. 2024 filing was so frustrating. I logged in once, set up my passwords and could never log in again without security questions. I couldn't e-file because updates were required, but there is no way to get updates without closing and restarting. Past versions of TurboTax were way more intuitive and easier to navigate. I will try something else next year. After over 10 years of using Turbo Tax, it's just gotten too difficult and frustrating to use. Perfect example: I couldn't even submit this feedback because my "nickname" is being used by another user. Everything on TurboTax is like this -- difficult to use.

TurboTax Allows User to Work at Their Own Pace

Every year I use TurboTax to input required information and file my tax returns. The bookmarks are very helpful. The option to walk through everything is great. I return and work on areas where I need to gather more information and I am able to get a great start and come back when I am ready. And the error checks assure me that I have not made typos or inputting mistakes
