Mediocre software at premium pricing. I ordered TT Deluxe due to a home sale. The software provided no useful info on how to divide the proceeds between me and my ex-wife. Instead, it applied the full tax liability to myself, all the while trying to sell me more subpar Intuit products and "expert" advice.
Maybe they should use these "experts" to code a better product!
I will not be purchasing this overpriced junk app next year!

turbo tax gave me a heart attack ( almost)

I don't know why, but when i try to load the program, the program will go blank. when i try to try the program again, it said a copy is already running so it won't load he program.
I have to restart the computer several time in order to run the program and load the tax file.

Still can't prevent FALSE Marked-Estimated errors.

Even after all these years, TurboTax is still unable to prevent their FALSE reports of "Marked as Estimated" errors that prevent e-Filing, and still provide no acknowledgement nor successful support for these shortcomings
The TurboTax GUI continues to be archaic, clunky, and random - it is exceedingly difficult to navigate forward and backward through the screens without having to continuously re-mark items already entered, and with the "Continue" button position jumping around from screen to screen.

Buggy

After using for years, ran into a bug last year. Same bug hit this year. In both cases, I had to install Turbo Tax on an old, slow laptop. I won't be able to do this next year as the laptop is too old to update to Windows 11.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
