No options for mailing state return

I am extremely frustrated because I want to file a printed copy of my state return and include direct deposit. The option to print to file the State Return was never presented. Also, I was never presented with the fields to enter my direct deposit information on the state return. I had to manually go to the state form to enter my banking information.

Unable to fix error due to not enough info to find

When a particular error came up, I could not find it where it was to fix it. It only gave a form number and a line number. No way to find a form number or line number to fix it. So frustrating.
