Tranmitting My Fed Returns Was a Taxing Experience

There was insufficient information on how to resolve the issued of a e-file reject IND-181-01 return code. It took an internet search to find what is was about (TurboTax video and then an additional search on how to obtain a six digit code IP PIN code. I was fortunate that I had the credentials that let me into the IRS website. It took another internet search to obtain the steps required to enter the code in the TurboTax application.
It would have been nice if TurboTax had step-by-step instructions, with accompanying graphics to guide me through the process. I was not a until I got the acceptance notice that I knew that following these steps really worked.

Have been using TurboTax for quite a few years and I feel that it's very easy to use and love how it guides me through each category. I also love the help features for just about every step of the way.

disappointed and frustrated

this year turbo tax was difficult to use. the updates did not install and caused my computer to freeze. I had to uninstall it and then install it again for it to work. on top of that I had to complete my taxes all at one time because if I stopped and saved it to continue later it required me to install updates which it never could. also it had trouble bringing in my taxes from last year so I had to go my my saved files which I lucky still had on this computer. I have used turbo tax for over 15 years and I have never had this type or as many issues as I have had this year.

Glitch in Turbotax

Turbotax e-filed my Federal return and it was accepted. Now it won't let me e-file my state return because it says my Federal return must be filed first,

Works great. Need more clear description of what is and is not included with the $60 Tax Advice Fee.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
