School District Tax is difficult to find

It is difficult to find where to pay my school district tax. I had to go to the internet to search where it is located. it should be an intregal part of the tax questions such as "Do you live in an area that collects School District taxes?" I should have to search for where the information is. I was hit with a $250 penalty for 2022 for not paying the School District tax because I thought it was already a part of my Ohio taxes.

Cant print efile forms needed to send to irs/state

i did not have to get assistance from an agent, however, i will be calling to inquire how to print the required documents to mail in (i e-filed). the program kept giving me an error when i tried to print the required forms and it was past the point where i had already submitted for e-file. the forms should be printed BEFORE the option to e-file in case there are errors in printing.

Turbo Tax continues to be state of the art!

Turbo tax covered everything that I needed done! Knowing that expert tax advice was available if needed, was a relief, however, I did not have to utilize them this time around. I would advise keeping the "experts" available as an option, because it really did give me peace of mind to know that they were there if needed.
