It's a good product, but I want a CD. It was difficult getting in. I entered a user name I did 't want by accident. the program asked if I wanted another, I said yes, and it ignored me. I worry about access next year. Also, WAY too many "opportunities" for products and services, and the insistence on filing a Washington return was insulting, as we have no state income tax.

Love it, with one caveat

I love using Turbo Tax, it's very easy to use since my taxes are very straightforward. I only wish you can tell us ahead of time if we make too much money to claim a deduction. I dug through a lot of receipts to find my daughter's college expenses only to be told I make too much. That's my only gripe. :) Tell us sooner so we don't dig for stuff unnecessarily.

If you have a 6 digit IP PIN, beware!

Absolutely botched how to address the new IRS IP PIN function. Had to hunt for it to be able to put in my number. And trying to use the SEARCH function to find info on this was worthless - instead of allowing me to input a search topic, it kept coming up with 3-4 pre-selected topics to search on. WORTHLESS!
