Turbo Tax has some issues

I put a comma in the amount of my AGI from prior year. Instead of letting me know that the comma should not be included, I was told my return could not be sent. ????? I spent two full days trying to figure out what I'd done wrong because TT refused to send my tax returns!!!!!! Waste of time AND traumatizing for two days.
Today I tried taking the comma out and suddenly both returns were sent!!!!!!

"Caught Off Guard"

I only do this once a year and was caught off guard with catching up with under paid taxes. The Turbo Guide miss lead me so the estimated taxes was under by $1,058. It is a wonder that there was NO penalty!
My new schedule for estimated taxes appear to be enough to right the ship.

Form 8606 Hicup

Had to file Federal separate from State due to Alabama IRA rollover pensions distributions which required Federal form 8606 for state only. I filed Federal and printed a pdf.
Added 8606 and filled it out but that changed my Turbotax copy of Federal form after it had been filed.
Now my TT version of Federal form DOES NOT match what I filed.
There should be an option to allow this form to be added without updating Federal Form 1040.
It would also be great to be able to jump directly from Step-by-Step to the affected form.
