TurboTax is moving in the wrong direction

Too much details are hidden from the user. The user interface is too simplisitc and doesn't explain well on what it's doing. The prior years are better.

Your product works better than ever. The crap you put me through as a return customer is reprehensible. Why can't you just offer me the software I use every year, at a price that would reflect that you appreciate my business. The only products I was offered through my account page was $500+ and $1700+. If I want to pay those prices I would go to a local accountant.
