TurboTax sucked this year!

The software is too bloated, it loads extremely slow, it runs extremely slow, it hung up twice and I had to reboot it. Extremely disappointing! Plus, Turbo Tax made me create an account before they would download the software! And... I had to agree to Turbo Tax's terms & conditions before I could submit this review! Tsk, Tsk! You keep this crap up and you'll be out of business! It seems that other people feel the same since my first choice of a Nickname, Disgruntled User, was alreadyt taken!

Glitchy software, did not prepare City filing

PC software glitched and did not prepare city filing automatically. After 1.5 hours on the phone, I was shown how to pull the City forms manually from the "Forms" tab. Had to enter information manually. Wasted at least 3 hours to get this done. Complete disappointment.

Turbo Tax is okay.

The software package performs okay. However, there are some programmatic flow issues that I found concerning. When I wanted to review some information about my dependent, the software seemed to take me to the beginning of my state returns. I found out, through trial and error, that I had to go back through the entry process where most of my previous answers were saved.
