I received it as a gift from a friend with an activation number. I found it hard to get to the correct place on line to key in the activation number. Automated support was not at all helpful. Human support was very helpful and removes the stress of dealing with a machine that does not interact very well.

Parts of the State return process was confusing

Parts of the return filing process were confusing. For example, I moved to another state, and entered all the income tax information, but I had to pay more than $1,000.00 anyway. I do not understand. Kinda' made me angry, but I am too "done with it" to give a crap.

Your product is greatly overpriced!
I find the additional up-charge for E-filing of the state return particularly offensive since we both know it doesn't cost you anywhere near the $25.00 you charge. I have used you product for years, and that is the only reason I have used it again this year

If I'm paying for a product key, all other fees should be included. Absolutely no exceptions. Either include filing fees or don't sell it at all.
