What a Terrible Experience This Year

after attempting to e-file my returns i received an error message that i needed to update the software using the online menu but i couldn't locate an online menu. after going to the help menu i learned that quitting the program and re-opening would generate a request to perform an update. i did this several times before it took. what a hassell. took me an additional 45 minutes to go through these gyrations. why couldn't the update occur seamlessly?

Some fill-in fields should auto-populate, for example first and last name. Perhaps I've been spoiled by fill-in fields in Chrome.
