Online access confusing and unclear: prefer CD

MUCH prefer the old version with a CD. Online was very confusing. 1. after taking a break partway through the return, TT did not save my work (never happened in all the years I used a CD). 2. the death rainbow circle repeatedly stalled my work despite clearing cache and restarting the computer. 3. after re-starting a new return to replace the lost one, TT then saved a second file and I couldn't figure out which file was used, so I (hopefully) saved both. 4. the print is WAY too small. Thank you for asking for this feedback. I'm undecided whether to use TT again next year but appreciate that TT cares enough to ask for feedback. Thank you!

I have using Turbo Tax over 20 years, only audits I ever get is one from IRS and from CA State Board of Equalizer. it worth to have knowledgeable Inuit Auditors solve the filing questions by tax agents.
