TurboTax made filing EASY

TurboTax made entering and filing extremely easy!! This is the first time I have dealt with K-1 forms on my own. The only thing that made it more difficult was to know which lines on the K-1 are to be referenced.

Software glitch with updates

The basic product is good and has been traditionally. However, this year's version has annoying problems each time an update is performed. What should have been a straightforward, automatic update would fail. The product would not let me bypass the update and, every time I reopened a file, I needed to perform a manual update from the Intuit site.

Frustrating process this year compared to prior yr

I have been using TurboTax for approximately 15 years or more. This has been the most frustrating year using TurboTax that I can recall. From the purchase process to the filing process, it has NOT been nearly as smooth a process as in the past. I don't know what you all changed, but it is not user-friendly. I will be considering another program next year.

Overpriced, incompatible

I would be fine paying this much (close to $100 for state + federal) for a software that saves my time. But this one doesn't. Integrations are broken and every now and then you're forced to enter 100 different stock transactions by hand, just because someone didn't care to test if import from your bank (a large one) works.
