Easy but very extensive

I had a problem starting the app... (the password that came with it did not work. The CSP had the problem diagnosed with 3 minutes, corrected the problem and I was on my way. Great customer service!

I have been using TT for over 20 years and have never had a problem. As I have grown and needed more capability, TT has already provided it. Great app - well written, easy to accomplish what you need done.
BTW - All the time I have used TT, I have never been audited.

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 to 20 years. It has led me through every return I filed. I depend on Turbo Tax to give me the right information and help me to get the best refunds legally. Thank You

TurboTax Smells of Feet

Bought TurboTax Deluxe to file my father's taxes and Premier for myself. If there is some way to have both versions of the software on the machine, it is beyond me. Had to buy another Deluxe 'state' just to get my own taxes done, not a premier experience. Totally frustrated by this version incompatibility. This smells like feet, unwashed sweaty feet. Smelly feet that I was forced to smell where I then had to 'pay' for the unpleasant experience. Tax time is bad, but thinking of smelling sweaty feet has made it much worse. But not as bad as buying a PREMIER version of TurboTax that will be never used. Actually, that TurboTax PREMIER purchase is the set of smelly socks that is paired with the smelly feet.
