Overall, happy with the product, but I don't like the changes for how investment forms are added -- feels way more clunky than in the past for 1099 (DIV, INT) & 1099-Bs. One of my downloaded 1099-B forms would not upload and manual entry was difficult due to Wash sales. Feel like there was a more flexibility on entering a combination of summary and individual sales in prior version.

EFile Fee is Escessive

Very good product and process. But, the $45 fee for processing the efile is excessive. For what you do, it seems like the fee should be more like $10. .

Mostly great BUT room for improvement

I would actually give TT 4.5 stars as I really like it BUT there is still room for improvement. 1st off my return is atypical (I believe) as I have many rental properties. There are many areas where I have to answer the same question over and over. I wish TT had more intelligence to pick up on the repetitive questions being answered the same way EVERY year and EVERY property and just stop asking or at the very least default the response. Also the yearly registration form is annoying - I sign into my TT account so IMO that form should auto-fill. Why do I have to enter my address/personal info in that form EVERY year? Then don't get me started on the fee to e-file state - that is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous IMO!!! A great way to discourage one to e-file and waste more paper/trees - not very environmentally friendly there Intuit!!!

Long Time User - Never to USE AGAIN!!

I have been a long long long time user of Turbo Tax, but every year it seems it is less and less efficient and more frustrating to use. This will be the last year I will be using Turbo Tax, as the "help" box no longer works with the hyperlink function. In using it for over 2 hours the turbo tax desktop completely CRASHED EIGHT times for one return and restarted itself. When FINALLY completing my taxes it would not charge my charge account for the efile filing, nor was there any place to even enter my charge account information. Turbo tax you are failing me and many other users. I'll be finding another tax app next year. BYE BYE!!
