TurboTax sold out!

I have used TurboTax for at least a decade now. Having said that, I once again bought your product but could not use it on my Apple computer as it was an older model that did not support the 13...whatever version of a download. Needless to say, I was NOT happy at all!
I do not appreciate that people have to upgrade an expensive devise to use your product. Again, extremely unhappy!

Security is way too difficult to work with.

My desktop went down in the middle of my filing. When I went to install on my laptop it would not let me.I do not like the download and prefer a CD to keep so I may refile back years.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Great Product, But Wish It Had Dark Mode Option.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy to understand, convenient and provides as much or as little assistance based on your choice.
My only request is to add an option for a "Dark Mode" view. I have low vision which makes it extremely difficult for me to see white background screens. Dark mode would be much easier, not only for those with low vision, but for many other users as well.

Watch out! EFile state is a Rip-Off - $65. NOPE.

The software is fine, in line with other tax software. But attempting to charge $65 to eFile state tax returns is ridiculous. I'll look for a different tax program next year.
