The program was a bit more difficult this year.
I had to call for assistance and the person (Kelsey) was extremely helpful with a difficult situation.

Entering of 1099-INT and 1099-DIV information

I wanted to let you know that I'm very unhappy on how you changed the format of
how Interest and Dividends are entered from the way it has been done for the past 25 years.
Much more cumbersome and time consuming to enter INT and DIV information.
I hope you can put it back to the way it was.

Took forever to get the software loaded. Never had this issue before. I'm sure you have saved money by not suppling a cd in the package. However, it usually takes about 1.5 hours to complete the taxes. It took over 4 hours to complete. I might need to look elsewhere next year.

difficulty with state return

VERY difficult to print to mail state when e-filing federal. Difficult to find where to enter direct deposit for refund info on state return when requiring to pay federal.

Federal tax portion was easy, but the state one was a little confusion (regarding One-Time Tax Rebate for 2021).
