T/T download,install,copy to MAC too complicated.

Once I was able to get the download and install, TT worked well. The download, copying to the applications folder on my MAC was difficult and required several tries.

Turbo Tax is grrrrrrrreat!

I have used turbo tax for years. I do all my entry myself because turbo tax is not hard to use. I do not use the tax expert because my entries do not need explained

My long history with TurboTax has been great!

I have used TurboTax for years. Using an accountant here and there and never getting better service/advice than TurboTax. I use the downloaded version on my Mac.
I recommend it to everyone who is looking to look for everything possible for deductions and really knowing what is going on.
The tax laws in the USA and especially my state are complicated. Though I don't like that, TurboTax is my partner to get through it. My frustration with our tax laws and the special rules everywhere is at our govt. and I don't direct it at TurboTax.
I but it every year. I recommend it to anyone.
BTW: Did you know you can do a family member's taxes in your copy without paying for it again? Little known but great feature.
