Fifteen years using it and still a happy customer

I have been using TurboTax for the last 15 years and have had no issues and no audits. It is easy to understand. It pulls my information from previous records, making it easy to use year after year. In the past, I had an awful experience with a very well-known tax service. When the IRS audited one of my tax returns, they would not respond to my attempts to get their help. Their accountant made a mistake. If the form had been completed correctly, my tax would have been $14. Their error cost me $1.5 K. Never again did I go back to use their company, and I refuse to use their software, which I figure they released to try and compete with TurboTax. I trust TurboTax and will keep using them for as long as I am the one completing my yearly taxes.

Just the worse program. Total lack of clear and concise written instructions. Constantly have to search for explanations, because turbo tax does not provide instructions.
Double paid state of Arizona taxes because of an unnecessary pop up that implied a direct payment of taxes.
This was completely ridiculous. Turbo tax is the worse.

Frustrating Download Process for Advantage User

We're on the Advantage program and every year we try to download our software by going to the Website. Instead, we have to dig up the old email that has a link. Why can't we log in to the site and be able to find and download the software?
