Excellent Turbo Tax Experts

Filing taxes is an exercise in frustration for me but the Turbo Tax Experts I worked with were all knowledgeable, professional and very patient. I could not have file my taxes without their help.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Please go back to previous user friendly interface

Please change back to 2023 and previous versions of turbo tax interface. It used to be more user friendly and direct. 2023 and previous versions made it clear cut as to what you were working on, easier to make adjustments and also easier to check your work. 2024 version interface was less direct and more difficult to make adjustments to your work. For example, when I click on int the next screen would make me choose int again before proceeding. 2024 was more difficult to make adjustments. For example, if I chose to do the div or int summary, but then wanted to enter information one by one instead I could not simply go back and edit my work. After trying to edit and failing. I had to delete my work and then start over for that specific int or div information. Please change back to the more friendly and clear-cut user face.

Still excellent but needs some "tweaking"

Good, but a bit difficult to navigate at times

It's good...I've been a user for YEARS, BUT...as my tax situation changes, the program does not as easy to navigate. It seems that things are not covered but I go digging, I find info that needs to be populated. This includes info that pertain to a 100-NEC and info needed to be entered.

I had some problems with completing the forms. Mostly due to my not being an accountant but this is my second year doing this myself and made more difficult because we sold our home and purchased a co-op apartment.

Not impressed with 2024 version. Far less intuitive than previous years. Less helpful help features and 4x the reminders you can upgrade to live help.

download could be easier

You made it really hard to actually pay for downloading the desktop version. Just charge us for it when it downloads instead of the current download without paying process.
