Exceptional help from the Turbo Tax Live Expert

The TurboTax live expert was exceptional. Helped me review my return and answered all my questions. She helped me with my and my wife's W-4 to reduce the amount we owe for next year.

Software is easy to use.... I would like a much easier / faster way to run a comparison between married filing jointly vs married filing separate. The what if form is not easy to use.

not functional if I can't pay and file at the end

unable to actually file because the stupid payment screen isn't navigable, the bottom portion can't be accessed to finish the page and submit. Are you serious people?!!!!!
