First experience with your software. Don't hide the continue button in the lower right-hand portion of the screen. Instructions not clear about what information the program can bring over for you - like insurance companies won't come over. Instructions assumes that you are a good guesser where you go next.

No better tax software around

Ease of use, expert calculations and accuracy. The price is also more than reasonable for what you get. What else could you ask for?

Intuit Process Fee

The only issue I have is Intuit charging a "Process Fee" for processing the federal return, which the IRS has no charge.

TurboTax is becoming less user friendly

My experience with TurboTax Deluxe Desktop has been suboptimal for the past few years:
* I can't increase the text/font size
* When trying to save the receipt of state filing fee charged by Intuit, the dollar amount and total are not shown on the page
* When importing forms from financial institutions, the total of dividend income is not shown correctly
* The help guides are not comprehensive as they were in the past
