Miscommunication

Paid to file state return, then was told I could not file a state return since I have already filed 5 returns. Why would TurboTax take my money to file the return if I could not file the return in the first place.

turbotax is horrible

This program was horrible. I was unable to print out any of my tax records. i only gave it one star , but it deserves " 0" stars. that's kind of important !!!!

used Turbo tax for years now. This year was a bit tricky as it registered a zero as an entry that required additional paperwork. Took about 20 minutes to find the best way to fix it as the forms page would not allow me to change it there. First real Issue I have had using the program.
