Absolutely terrible software. Not intuitive at all

Desktop software was absolutely terrible to navigate. I had to jump through a dozen hoops and pay an extra $100 just to file separately for state taxes, and after doing so, it wouldn't let me submit them so I had to jump through further hoops to file by mail. I will not be using this service again.

Too bloated and slow

TurboTax 2025 has become too bloated and slow. I like the past versiojns which were quick and more user-friendly. Besides, I miss the CD -- was more assured of privacy and more convenient,

Very good, but could use navigation shortcuts

Long time user, and generally very happy. But when you need to look at/fix one specific item, and you are using the Easy-step interface, it involves along of clicking to get to the item you want. Navigation shortcuts would be welcome.

Almost AWSOME

Overall Turbo Tax is AWSOME for the last 15 years. The only thing I miss is after a page or section TT used to have a box at the bottom of each screen to hit SAVE without having to go up to FILE in the top left, scan and hit SAVE each time.
