Incredibly difficult on line file management. Way too many "sales views" in the tax prep process. (i.e. audit defense, tax expert , etc)

couldn't print return for review before filing on my Canon Air print MF8280Cw. Although I could print to the Canon from my phone????

Overall, it was easy to use. Either I missed where to enter ip pin which meant that my form was rejected by IRS when I e filed. Not the easiest to fix either.

Please - easier access to IRS FORMS

IRS forms are not available (or easily available) during the preparation process. This is a change from prior years. For knowledgeable tax preparers, access to IRS Forms is very helpful. This was easier in prior years. This change has me considering changing to a different tax providers.
