Search Doesn't Work and Blasted with Ads

It did perform all required functions (I was able to process my tax returns).
I attempted to use the "Search" button. It did not allow me to search and instead provided a limited set of buttons as options. I should have been able to search a phrase or form, like 1099-G or State and Local Refund. If you are going to have a search button (and you should) it should actually provide a search function.
It felt like they were constantly trying to upsell me. I paid for the product, let me use it in peace. I feel like at least 8-12 times I had to decline audit defense. 2 times on consecutive screens. I'm not sure if competitor software does the same. I have been using their product for over 20 years. Their sales tactics are making me consider whether I should explore competitors.

EIC Not Properly Calculated

This time around, it was a bit frustrating to use the product. I was trying to get the EIC, but it kept saying that I didn't qualify, when clearly I was under the threshold. I mean, it was barely under the qualification, and after checking on the IRS's website, it would only come out for just a little. Still, it was frustrating that the program couldn't make that clearer, even if it was a small amount.

TT24 Great product - some suggestions to consider

Some user interface issues need to be incorporated. Options should be listed at the top, having to scroll down after each page to simply go to next is cumbersome.
Providing an overview from each tax year on what has changed (general).
Provide an option to assess previous tax year when huge differences materialize between tax years.
