Simple and easy and it walks you through everything. Could use a few usability things like not having to enter the same data twice.

TurboTax Sells Convenience

Doing taxes with TurboTax is a significantly better than having tax professional do them. It is just convenient and fairly simple to process. And if you get stuck like I did this year with my child's return. I signed up for live tax advice and agent who helped up was brilliant and was able to fix the errors.

Turbo Tax is a joke

Software is incredibly user un-friendly. Unable to reset passwords on account, charging for everything that should have been included with the initial purchase, and incredibly frustrating to use. I have used Turbo Tax for 20 years and I have had it. Next year I will be finding other solutions.

there was too many changes from the past program

trouble with showing property taxes as we do not allow mortgage company to collect escrow and we pay taxes directly to our county billing. there is no easy way to show this payment on the new turbo tax program...please edit problem to show this option when taxes are not paid directly to the mortgage company. another problem...we completed turbo tax "check" and it did not show a problem until we did the efile which was frustrating.
