Good-bye and Good-riddance Turbotax

I found that the progression of steps was even more opaque than it has been in the past and that is not good. I was also surprised at the end when I was about to be charged a $40 dollar "refund processing fee" for state tax refund, but the reason was not clear nor did it seem appropriate. I really have no idea what that was about but I seem to have avoided it in some way. Too many disappointments and surprises. Next year it's a differnt provider for me after 20+ years with Turbotax.
