Uncorrected glitch re input of SS benefits

I was disappointed with my Turbo Tax experience this year since the system initially did not allow entry of social security benefits. when I posted a question in the support que another user indicated that it might be because I had imported information from my 2023 return. while that didn't make sense that meant that I had to go back to the beginning and start a new return and sip the import option. Other user commenters indicated the Turbo Tax has een aware of thhis issue since the beginning of the year and has not made the effort to correct the problem

$40 charge for refund sucks

software works as advertised. Charging $40. and forcing Intuit sign in to finish payment is garbage. I'll look for different software next year.

Easy for simple filers

Its convenient, especially when my tax is so simple. I do not like it keeps asking me to do import for bank interests. It's a lot more trouble to find and enter all those banking info than just enter from the paper 1099 forms.

I've been using Turbo Tax now for almost 20 years. The program makes it simple to use, it brings the necessary data that it needs from last year's return so that you aren't looking for it. The product is reliable and easy to use.
