Don't buy this program

Your program is full of bugs it will not load on windows 10, when E filing it looks for an F:\ drive that my computer dose not have, and I had to mail file all my taxes. I will never use turbotax again, and now I have to try to get your company to refund my $26.50 from not being able to E file.

While the actual individuals that I spoke with were helpful (once you finally find a number to call after dodging a bunch of sales tactics to get you to pay to talk to someone). There are things that are confusing, not because you need tax advice but because the software is confusing. For example, I you don't want to pay them to E-file your state taxes but rather print and file, try to figure out how to print your returns so you can mail them...good luck. You will be stuck in an endless loop that will not let you file. Everything is geared to confuse you in order for you to give up and pay them more money to make it easier.

Easy to Use

I have been using TurboTax since 2003. It is very user friendly and data is transferred from the previous year seamlessly. I have limited Accounting experience, but this program works for me.
