Turbo Tax easy to use

Easy to use but did not alert me of Health Insurance Marketplace 1095-A a bit confusing under deductions and credits. Should have external question before leaving that area just as a reminder so return is not rejected.

Turbo Tax is not Intuitive

Turbo Tax does not work on all screen resolutions. I require a larger resolution because I am legally blind. Turbo tax will not scroll to the bottom. Some required actions may not be visible. Further, the continue button may not be accessible.

Forced to consider another product, like it or not

Overall, I like the software and find it simplifies the return process, but the longer I use it, the more I notice the biggest feature it lacks - the ability to zoom in on the return! It is very difficult to read the tables and text and there is no means of enlarging it. C'mon Intuit, EVERY software provider has this built in to their products without a second thought. Why are you making things difficult for your customers? Before long I will be forced to use another tax software provider as your product will be impossible for me to use.

Something Missing

I have a IP PIN. My e file tax return is being rejected because my 2023 return was paper filed and the AGI is not on record. There is no way for me to use my IP PIN in Turbo TAX.
