Half Baked

I couldn't efile because I didn't know last years AGI. I filed with Turbo Tax last year. Turbo Tax imported the tax return from last year to do this return. If the AGI is so critical then WHY was it NOT imported to verify my identity?!

Full of hidden fees and sneaky ways to charge you more. Why can't companies just be upfront about all the "Fee's" I spent a third of my return just to use the software.

First time with TurboTax online. Changed from over the counter version and seems more problems involved. Slow to recognize and utilize earlier returns available on the computer. Took longer than previously

Corrupt files!!

2nd year in a row that when trying to pull the previous years information the "file is corrupt". Saved a copy of my current year to come back to later and again the current copy is corrupt. Even when I am signed into their account I can not pull the previous years returns or the current. Very dissapointed in this product.
