Bugged Garbage That Only Exists Due to Lobbyists

Buggy garbage that only exists because of lobbying. I couldn't even open the already paid for software on my laptop due to a windows update from DECEMBER. Want to link your crypto? Bugged... Want to import your W2? Bugged... It took 2 pc's and a cell phone to use this software which is now just as expensive as going to an accountant. This will be my last year using Turbo Tax. Why would I continue to pay for a bugged service that I have to do myself when it cost the same amount or less to have a professional do it for me?

Turbo Tax should be improving the user experience

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It is always been just ok. It still can be clumsy and confusing. There still is an inconsistency in the format of the questions that are asked throughout the process. After so many years, with consideration of the product's cost, by now you'd expect more improvements, more clear explanations and better guidance, and in general better ease of use. With alternative solutions continuously being developed, I am sure I will step away from Turbo Tax, especially if improvements are not made.

the only thing that i wished you did not changed from previous years is the ability to be notified by text or email on the status of the e-file. Also, you should consider combining the software options to just two versions one for business and the second for individuals. Why have limited versions that might not meet the needs of the customer. This marketing strategy with different versions is costly and unproductive; leads to competition.
