Turbo Tax Program very buggy this year!

I've used Turbo Tax for 20 years and this year the program was very buggy. Had to call tech support because it kept filling in 2023 return information instead of 2024. They were able to remote in and fix the problem, but couldn't explain why or how it was fixed. Had to search internet for fixes to other problems several times. Finally, I wasn't able to file electronically because I got this error: "we're experiencing internet transmission problems." Restarted the program and rebooted the computer and eventually it worked. Not sure I'll use Turbo Tax next year because my confidence in it correctly completing my tax return is lessened considerably.

Turbo Tax is really good. Except the changes you made to the 1099 section for interest, dividends and broker. Way too many clicks. Should be able to enter everything from one broker without having to go to 3 places. Change it back to the way it was.

Nothing but problems

Too many glitches since I first started to download the software. Took several tries to submit my federal. Now unable to submit state return. It took my payment because I have an email receipt but software keeps telling me payment was not accepted so it will not let me submit the state return.

Poor Handling of Non-Resident MA returns

Slow to use, and the Massachusetts State tax interview does not handle federal form 6781 for non-residents at all. It completely fails at this and you wind up getting taxed on income that is non-MA source and should be excluded. . The online support did not seem to understand the problem.
