Turbo Tax getting to be too much add on cost

Turbo tax is getting to be like the airline industry where they have to upsell everything audit protection and all these extras, soon it will be cheaper to go to a CPA and no one will use their software anymore. The popup explanations could be a little more detailed and less legalize sounding. Makes it difficult to understand. Some topics like the state and local sales tax and where to find the rate was useless. Getting more expensive every years for the same old crap.

TurboTax is OK, but has a lot of rooms to improve

Unable to do some of the basic things, but keep trying to upsell. Your fancy functionality is useless if your basic product is not easy to use.
You can't recognize zip code on W2 for state. You can't recognize WA paid leave on W2. You put 0 for my stock cost basis with Morgan Stanley at work - the file I exported from their website has the right value. You can import pdf files for 1099-INT (but those are short, manually typing is OK).
