Be careful and know what you are getting into

The program wasn't not going through the same questions as previous years even though I've downloaded my previous tax return meaning I had to enter the same information and it did not capture the relevant information in the past. The program asked for many fees a long the line.

good software but could use improvemenrts

good software overall but so frustrating when I can't find the error or return the part of the return that needs to be corrected. AI assistant would be great to resolve the issue but I know you would prefer me to pay an uncharge to talk to an expert, but I didn't need an expert, I just needed to figure out how to get back to the part of the return where I earned dividends from foreign countries and not be told I need to explain my form number explaining while I lived in a foreign country earning money.

I'VE used Turbo Tax for several years and this year has been the worst experience of all....lots of program freezing some of which could be my computer. BUT I could not find instructions for mailing completed tax forms or where I should mail them. Everything is geared toward electronic filing.
