I Don't like the add-on fees, should not have to pay more to file after you purchase the software. Another money grab!

Frustrating Program Error - forced to paper file

Absolutely frustrating that TurboTax cannot complete the efiling for my state taxes since the worksheet data could not be removed. I was left in a loop of screens to remove the data but it would not delete despite countless tried. Now resorting to paper filing since Turbo Tax cannot compete this service.

I hate the immoral lobbying that TurboTax engages in to keep the tax system complicated and entrench themselves in the system, exploiting the people.

there should be a simple tax return version costing less than $80.
I bought for $80 plus tax and finished it in half an hour!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because it imports data from previous return, makes easy.

Maddening

The program is maddening. There is always some small thing that sucks time. This time, it wouldn't recognize that the lack of a W-2 was equivalent to the state W-2 income being zero. I had to create a dummy W-2 with zeros in the boxes to get it to work.
