On phone agent a life saver!

I had many problems installing the desktop version I bought from an outside retailer. The chat box and online help didn't help me. I went ahead filling out the online version--I didn't know they were separate. I complained to a box that appeared asking "How are we doing?" I listed my complaints. A day or two later I got an email from Turbo Tax inviting me to call an agent, with the phone number given. She spent almost a half hour on the phone with me helping me correct the problem. She was wonderful--knew exactly what to do, made it very easy even when there were minor snags in the process, and was very personable and patient. So in the end I was very satisfied with the outcome and with TT.
